Meet Dr. Robert Marolt

“Dr. Marolt does a consultation with patients before he ever asks them to open their mouths for him. I don’t think you can evaluate somebody on paper. You need to go in and talk with them, see the office, meet the people he has working for him, etc. I would definitely give a good recommendation. He’s approachable. He has excellent people skills.”

Bob graduated from the University of Minnesota School of Dentistry in 1984, after attending St. John’s University. He is a 25+ year member of the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry and Academy of General Dentistry, and has served as a committee chair of the Minnesota Dental Association and as President of the St. Paul District Dental Society.

He is one of only a dozen certified Durathin™ Veneer doctors in Minnesota as well as certified to work with CEREC™ crowns. CEREC crowns are made right in the dental clinic so there’s no temporary crown or return visit to place the crown. Bob is also a Preferred Provider for Invisalign, a way to straighten teeth without braces.

Voted a “Top Dentist” many times by both Mpls.-St. Paul Magazine and Minnesota Monthly, Bob is especially passionate about raising the standard of comprehensive dental care and mentors other dentists at Spear Education in Scottsdale, AZ as a visiting faculty member. He also presents regularly to local study clubs as a restorative dentistry advisor to True North Professional Studies of the Seattle Study Club network.

Bob and his wife, Anne, have two daughters, Kate and Abby. He enjoys golfing and competing in local, regional, and national tennis competitions. He particularly enjoys annually participating in the Pine Tree Apple Tennis Classic and volunteering on the advisory board to raise funds for Children’s Hospital Foundation and fundraisers to support St. Paul Urban Tennis.
