Hearing my 5 month year old daughter waking up in the morning (usually by her kicking) and I quietly walk in the nursery to surprise her, she surprises me with her big smile starring at me (no teeth mind you!) which in turns, puts a smile on my face. Our morning ritual, gotta love it! Then I change her poopie diaper, and the smile quickly changes to a face of disgust.
